DESCRIPTION:
The Tasmanian Tiger Pathfinder MK II is a full-fledged long range combat style backpack designed to provide comfort and capacity for multiple days in the field. Easily carry heavy and unbalanced loads with Tasmanian Tigers V2 Carrying System that allows for quick and easy adjustments to ensure optimal comfort with changes in load size.
The backpack is supported by 2 aluminum frame stays and 2 short fiberglass reinforced bars to provide efficient weight distribution and flexibility. The carry system prevents the pack from slipping with the ergonomic central lumbar pad and rubberized insert. Separate and organize gear with a removable divider between the top and bottom compartments and make use of the detachable lid that provides 3 additional compartments.
Carry bulky items like a helmet in the variable volume compression flap on the front of the pack or use the compression straps on the sides of the pack and perimeter of the base to balance awkward and heavy loads in the main chamber.
The exterior of the pack features a MOLLE system for custom organization of additional pouches, as well as hook-and-loop strips and fixation points for tools such as hiking poles or ice axes. The pack measures 33 inches tall by 14 inches wide with a generous 80 liter capacity. The Tasmanian Tiger Pathfinder Mk II is a streamlined pack and an ideal solution for moving quickly on extended trips that demand a surplus of gear.

Size-adjustable carrying system for medium to heavy loads. The V2 System is designed for versatility and is featured in our medium sized bags where loads are likely to vary between moderate to heavy. The design of the V-2 Carrying system allows for easy adjustment to maximize ergonomic benefits based on the load size.
Two aluminum bars:
(1) forming an inverted “V“ plus two short fiberglass reinforced bars for additional support form the central static unit. The two fiberglass reinforced bar.
(2) lead from the inner aluminum frame channels laterally into the hip wing.
(3) the dimensions and arrangement of these reinforced bars result in an excellent combination of efficient load transmission and system flexibility. Three-part ergonomically shaped hip strap consists of a central lumbar pad with a rubberized insert.
(4) to prevent the backpack from slipping, and two conically shaped hip wings. Several layers of comfortable padding are reinforced with a PE panel and can easily be tightened using a deflected belt strap.
(5) The technical back padding.
(6) consists of a number of chambers, and is conically shaped to ensure the optimum position and contact with the backpack. The load control strap.
(7) and the ergonomically shaped shoulder strap.
(8) can be attached in different positions for optimum adjustment. The lid is also height-adjustable.
